Privacy Policy

Keeper is operated by Dusk Labs, Inc. (“Keeper”, “we”, “us”). Keeper is a crypto trading assistant you reach by text message. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

• Your email address. Required — it is how you sign in.
• Your mobile number. Captured when you first text Keeper. It is how the service is delivered and how Keeper knows a message is from you.
• What you tell Keeper. The content of your messages, including anything you share about your goals, your thinking, and how you want to trade.
• Wallet and trading data. Your wallet addresses, balances, positions, and the trades, deposits, and withdrawals Keeper records for you. Activity on public blockchains is public by nature and is not private information we can withhold.
• Service data. Delivery receipts, timestamps, error logs, and similar records needed to operate and debug the service.

Keeper does not ask for, and you should not send, government identifiers, account credentials, or card numbers over text message.

• To answer your questions and provide the service.
• To carry out the trades, deposits, and withdrawals you instruct.
• To notice things that may need your attention and tell you about them.
• To remember your goals, decisions, and preferences so you do not have to repeat them.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve Keeper.
• To screen for sanctions and other compliance obligations, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your portfolio data or message content to serve you advertising.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers listed below, and only to the extent needed to deliver the messages you have asked for.

Message frequency varies with how you use Keeper. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Sign-in codes go to your email, not your phone. Opting out of Keeper messages does not disable them, and they are required to access your account.

Your wallets are created and secured by Privy Inc., which handles the underlying keys. Privy’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Keeper acts only on your instruction. It trades when you ask it to and withdraws only from the web, and it does neither on its own initiative. Any address you give Keeper to watch is read-only.

Keeper uses large language models to understand your messages and to write its replies. Message content and the portfolio context needed to answer are sent to model providers for that purpose.

Figures Keeper states are calculated by our own systems, not produced by a language model, and no model signs a transaction. We instruct our model providers not to retain or train on Keeper’s data.

We share information with service providers who help operate Keeper:

• Privy — sign-in and wallet infrastructure
• 0x — trade routing and execution
• Telnyx — delivering and receiving text messages
• Supabase — database hosting
• Google Cloud — application hosting
• Model providers — language understanding and generation

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. If Keeper is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Message history and remembered context are retained because they are what make Keeper useful over time — an assistant that forgets your goals each week is not an assistant.

When you delete your account we delete your personal information and portfolio data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or regulatory reasons — trading and transfer records generally fall in that category. Transactions already written to a public blockchain cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else.

Wallet keys are held by Privy, not by us, and are never exposed to Keeper’s own systems. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

• Stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Withdraw your assets at any time from the portal.
• Request a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Close your account entirely.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will honour them.

Keeper is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top reflects the current version.
